People's living facilities are more and more convenient, especially the concentrated heating in recent years. So what is a central heating boiler? What are the boiler selection methods for the central heating industry?
First, a central heating boiler is a heat source in a central heating system. Centralized heating refers to the use of hot water or steam as a medium, and one or more heat sources to supply heat to a desired place through a heat network, such as hospitals, schools, buildings, greenhouses, etc.
Central heating boiler advantage
1. Energy saving, the thermal efficiency of the central heating boiler can reach 80% to 90%, which is 20% higher than the ordinary heating mode;
2. Reduce costs. Central heating boilers reduce fuel/transport/manpower costs, reduce operating costs and improve environmental sanitation.
Central heating boiler selection method
1. Type and area of heating area. To specify the heating area, we can choose the boiler model for it;
2. Heating temperature and medium. For example, how much temperature do you need to heat up, how much hot water is needed, etc. These two media are related to the field of use. Except for the heat load of steam in the kitchen, laundry, high temperature sterilization and humidification of winter air conditioners, the other heat load should be hot water. The boiler is a heat source, and the traditional heating method uses a single steam boiler as a heat source, and then uses a plate for heat exchange to be used for hot water.
3. Fuel. Which fuel is more cost effective for you in the local area.
4. Condensation and ordinary, centralized heating boilers are selected for condensation or general type according to actual needs. When the design return water temperature of the heating system is less than or equal to 50 °C, a condensing boiler should be used
