Introduction
Yuanda new generation biomass boiler is specially designed for biomass fuel.
According to the combustion characteristics and component analysis of different fuel, adopting a reasonable feeding method, appropriate furnace and arch design, and targeted soot blowing/ash-cleaning measures.
Through staged air distribution and staged combustion, the following goals can be achieved:
· Capacity range 4 – 60 ton, pressure up to 40 bar
· Full membrane wall furnace
· Saturated / Superheated steam (up to 450˚C)
· Fuel’s with high moisture up to 55 – 60% can be fired
· Chain grate, reciprocating grate, bubbling bed grate
· Resistance in high temp and low wear & tear
· Multiple biomass fuel are available
① Unique furnace design, 15% bigger furnace combustion, the heated area increases along.
② Membrane type furnace wall, not easy to collapse, good airtightness, no deformation, no dust falling
③ Best wind adjust design, segmented air supply; Increase secondary air, reduce primary air ratio, reduce fuel burning rate on grate, and prevent coking
④ Secondary cyclone burnout chamber, reduce fuel cost, save running cost, improve boiler thermal efficiency
⑤ Built-in ash removal device inside boiler and cleaning door, effectively cleaning ash
⑥ Equipped energy-saving device like economizer/preheater/cyclon/wet scrubber, environmental protection and energy conservation
⑦ Recommended suitable grate type materials, and feeding way, according the fuel features.
