Biomass boiler advantage
1. Low pollution, the prevention and control of air pollution has become more stringent over the years. As a high-emission large-scale combustion equipment, boilers must inevitably have certain emission standards. The biomass boilers emit SO2 at a lower concentration than natural gas. It is very beneficial to say that it will not worry about the suspension of production due to environmental inspections.
2. The price is low. The cost of biomass fuel is very low due to the low cost from raw materials to processing. The market price is also low according to the actual test data. The price of steam per ton is lower than that of natural gas by more than 100 yuan.
3. Diversification of heating, biomass boilers can replace coal-fired heating in the terminal consumption side, disperse layout, flexible operation, strong adaptability, and meet diversified heat demand.
4. The failure rate is low. The biomass boiler has mechanical chain furnace and manual hand crank, etc., and the degree of mechanization is high. It is much lower than the common intelligent boiler in the failure rate, which reduces the maintenance cost in the later stage of the enterprise.
