Everyone knows that unqualified boiler water quality can easily cause boiler system fouling. The poor thermal conductivity of scale causes uneven heating surface of the furnace, which will affect boiler energy efficiency, steam quality, and severely cause tube burst or boiler explosion. Therefore, for boiler systems, water treatment is the most important link, especially for high-pressure boilers and systems that require high process quality. So today we will take a look at the water treatment methods and their scope of application.
Boiler water treatment mainly includes four parts: feed water treatment, condensate water treatment, feed water deoxygenation treatment, and feed water dosing treatment.
