Application of 10 ton Steam Boiler in Textile Mill

Steam boilers are widely used as heat sources and can be used in production processes such as drying, distillation, pulping, sizing, printing and dyeing. The steam boiler used by this user is mainly used to process plant fiber lignin with an annual output of 50,000 tons, which requires extremely high steam quality. Our steam boiler is designed with steam-water separation device, which has extremely high steam dryness, which is helpful for users' production.

After investigation and comprehensive consideration, combined with the user's production needs, we finally used our company's 10ton oil gas water tube steam boiler. The boiler adopts the structural design of water pipe and membrane wall, equipped with internationally renowned burners, reasonable heating surface layout, thermal efficiency 98, which can save 10% of the user's cost, and has a good energy-saving effect.
